1) How do I get a Tutor? A simple three step process is utilised: i) Fill up a Tutor Request Form ii) Our customer service executives will contact you with a recommended tutor within 24 hours through your preferred communication channel iii) Schedule your first class with your chosen tutor

2) Can I check my tutor’s credentials? All our tutor partners go through a strict selection process before being accepted. This process includes vetting of: i) Academic Qualifications ii) Student Testimonials iii) Prior teaching experience If you wish to view any of the aforementioned documents, do notify our customer service & this will be arranged.

3) Are there any upfront costs or commission fees? No. TutorConnect takes a zero tolerance policy on upfront fees. Under no circumstances should a tutor be paid upfront. Our tutor matching service is FREE for all our clients.

4) How much do I pay? TutorConnect abides by standard prevailing market rates which we regularly monitor, with our tutor matching services provided at no additional cost to our clientele. A brief summary of expected hourly cost can be found on the "Pricing" page

5) How do I pay the tutor? All class fees are to be paid directly to the tutor and not through TutorConnect. All arrangements for payment to the tutor will be made with your appointed tutor. In general, most tutors prefer being paid via bank transfer for each class or on a monthly basis.

6) How often are classes? Class frequency should be decided upon on a case by case basis depending on student’s needs & availability with your appointed tutor. It is advisable that classes be run at least once a week as consistency is key for academic success & personal development.
